Can Palletizer
Using a magnetic robot gripper, the robotic palletizer stacks empty cans or other tinplate container products according to the stacking pattern set for your production line. It is engineered for high-speed beverage can, food can and industrial can packaging lines. The robotic palletizer includes automatic pallet dispensing, automatic full-pallet discharge and automatic layer-pad placement, and it can also connect seamlessly with a strapping machine and a stretch-wrapping machine to build a complete end-of-line packaging cell. This setup significantly reduces manual labor, increases stacking accuracy and boosts overall production efficiency.

Designed for end-of-line empty can handling, this low level magnetic palletizer uses a can arranging table and magnetic pickup to stack cans onto pallets according to your required pattern. Empty pallets are fed automatically, while operators only need to place layer pads and top frames, and finished pallets are discharged automatically once stacking is complete.
When connected to a strapping machine and a stretch wrapping machine, the palletizer forms a fully integrated end-of-line cell that reduces manual handling, lowers labour cost and increases overall production efficiency on your can line.

The high-level empty can palletizer with automatic layer-pad loading supports tall stacks, with a typical pallet height of around 2.5 metres and higher options available on request. Optional devices can automatically place layer pads between each product layer to improve stack stability, and automatically place top frames, which reduces manual work and improves safety at the end of the production line.
For even more automation, the system can be equipped with automatic pallet infeed and discharge. When a pallet is full, it is conveyed out automatically and the next empty pallet is positioned for loading. The palletizer can also be integrated with a strapping machine and a stretch wrapping machine, creating a connected end-of-line cell that keeps your empty can handling fast, stable and labour-saving.

Using a vision system, the robotic pail palletizer locates paint pails on the conveyor, stacks them vertically to the required height, then grips the stacked empty pails with a clamping gripper. After a 180° rotation, the robot places each stack accurately onto the pallet, and the loaded pallets are transferred by conveyor to the stretch wrapping or strapping station for end-of-line packaging.
