Down-the-hole drill rig for open-pit mining
This machine is applicable in both open-pit mines and stonework sites, with functions of drilling holes in different angles, be it a vertical one, an inclined one or a horizontal one. Its engine is produced by Cummins, which has already met China Stage III emission standards. The rig’s compressor and hydraulic system is powered by the Cummins engine that has two terminals. The machine can provide a smooth and stable drilling experiences through multiple modules and systems—a feed beam made of aluminium alloy, a variable hydraulic pump, a hands-free rod handling system, a floating rod joint, a rod lubrication module, an anti-jamming system, a hydraulic dust extractor. It also offers a comfortable working environment to operators, with the installation of an air-conditioner and an angle and depth indicator that is aimed to help operators drill holes more accurately.
