Our automatic inverting bottle rinsing machine is used to rinse PET and glass bottles. It can be integrated with filling and packaging lines of beverage, liquors, flavoring agents, etc.
The bottle grippers transport bottles to the conveyor and invert them over to the rinsing area. Rinse heads then enter the bottles to cleanse them using water rinsing and air flushing, effectively removing contaminants and debris to prepare the bottles for entry into a filling machine.
This automatic inverting bottle rinsing machine is suitable for washing bottles and containers of various shapes and sizes in beverage bottling lines, food filling lines, cosmetics packaging lines, etc.
