The company provides end-to-end drone cable assembly solutions for the UAV and drone industries, managing every stage of cable assemblies and harnesses producing from its initial design to precise manufacturing, rigorous testing, and final delivery under one roof to the highest quality standards. We strictly adhere to our clients’ specifications, as well as regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.

A complete UAV cable assembly consists of the following five components
  • Wires: The core part of the UAV cable assemblies, which may be of two types based on function:

    1. Power Cables: Used to transmit high current and supply power to motors, ESCs, flight controllers, gimbals, and other devices.
    2. Signal Wires: Used to transmit flight control commands, sensor data (IMU, GPS), video transmission, and remote control signals.
  • Connectors: The interface of the cable that ensures fast and reliable connections between different modules.

    1. Types include JST, XT30/XT60 (battery connectors), DF13, Molex Picoblade, GH1.25, and others.
  • Shielding: A metal braid or foil wrapped around signal wires. It blocks external electromagnetic interference (EMI) and prevents signal loss or distortion. This is essential for accurate flight control signals and clear video transmission.

  • Insulation: A plastic layer (e.g., PVC, Teflon) surrounding the wires to prevent short circuits. It also provides heat resistance, wear resistance, and flame retardancy.

  • Other auxiliary materials:

    1. Heat Shrink Tubing: A plastic tube that protects solder joints, provides insulation, and relieves stress.
    2. Sleeving: A braided or woven cover that organizes multiple cables together, keeping them neat and offering additional wear protection.
