Rubber belt
The rubber belt uses acid-base rubber as raw material and with the high strength core, the service life of continuous treatment can be ensured. The rubber belt has advantages of high dimensional stability, strong corrosion resistance and long service life.

- When the substances pass through the sedimentation zone, the larger particles are in the bottom layer, while the smaller particles are in the top layer. Thus making the structure of the filter cake reasonable and creating smaller permeability resistance of the filtrate, so it can be filtered quickly.
- The thickness of the filter cake, washing series of the counter-current, vacuum degree and the cloth speed arbitrarily can be adjusted to achieve the best filtering effect.
- In the process of filtration, by multi-stage co-current and counter-current washing, the washing is thorough and the mother liquor and the washing liquor can be collected and reused according to related requirements.
- The control system of the vacuum belt filter has applied DCS technology, so it can be controlled automatically on the spot or remote.
