This FDC3 inline high shear dispersing emulsifier features three sets of high-precision rotor-stators (coarse rotor-stator, medium rotor-stator, and fine rotor-stator) within the shear chamber, enabling a smooth transition from laboratory experiments to full-scale production. The interchangeable rotor-stator heads enable configuration based on experimental requirements, providing reliable insights for large-scale equipment selection. This emulsifying equipment also complies with hygienic standards and offers adjustable speed and process control display.
