This inline high shear dispersing emulsifier uses a vertical structure for intake of materials and discharge emulsified mixtures, achieving a maximum linear velocity of 40 m/s. The internal design features precise geometric structures to ensure thorough shearing without dead zones. The working chamber can be configured with single-stage or multi-stage options, producing finer droplets, narrower particle size distribution, and improved emulsion stability.
