It is ideal for factories producing dehydrated vegetables, cutting French fries or potato chips, as well as for supermarkets and fresh produce processing facilities.
Equipped with speed control, the machine allows the rotation speed to be adjusted according to vegetable moisture content, ensuring high yield and optimal processing efficiency. The motor is controlled by an inverter, providing smooth startup and reliable operation. It maintains consistent forward rotation regardless of power phase sequence, preventing reverse operation even if the power connections are reversed.
