The fresh meat slicer is designed for slicing beef, pork, lamb, chicken, duck, and other fresh meat. It delivers horizontal cuts and can produce special shapes such as butterfly or heart-style slices. The machine can cut as thin as 2.2 mm, making it highly versatile for food factories, central kitchens, school cafeterias, hotel chains, and meat processing plants.
