Frozen Meat Slicing Machine
The Frozen Meat Slicing Machine is designed for efficient, high precision slicing of frozen pork, frozen beef, chicken breast, fish and other semi frozen proteins. Operating within a cutting temperature range of –10 to –3°C, the machine delivers uniform slices from 0.5 to 100 mm, making it suitable for downstream processes such as further cutting, battering and breading, forming, portioning or packaging. It is widely used in meat processing plants, prepared food lines, central kitchens and industrial food factories.
