The YDF27 H-frame single-action hydraulic deep drawing press is a straight-sided hydraulic press with a tie-rod frame, designed for precision forming of thin sheet metal. Also known as a hydraulic press for automotive part stamping, this press is ideal for deep drawing applications across industries including automotive, aerospace, appliances, and construction.

With a nominal capacity ranging from 3,150kN to 20,000kN and slide strokes from 800mm to 1,500mm, the H-frame single-action hydraulic deep drawing press offers high forming force, consistent performance, and flexibility for various part sizes. It can be equipped with a hydraulic cushion for automatic demolding and multi-point ejector systems that apply even force, helping to protect finished parts and speed up production.

Optional configurations include a quick die change system, moving worktable, buffer system, auxiliary demolding system, and photoelectric safety devices to enhance efficiency and functionality.
