In order to meet normal ride requirements, RAP SEV designed the passenger electric three wheeled scooter based on the OAK series electric cargo truck. It easily supports the weight of an adult with a rear weight capacity of 100kg, and is ideal for urban transportation as its core components meet Emark certification standards.
The OAK 3 wheeler can be customized to be a flexible vehicle for both taxi services and family travel just by installing a single seat.

- The passenger electric three wheeler is enable to finish daily delivery according to customer requirements, as a full, 6 to 8 hour charge features a mileage of 120km (at a half load).
- 2. The cab is controlled by the front wheel, and allows the 3 wheeler to tilt at 18 degrees to prevent roll overs when going around corners. This ensures driver and cargo safety.
- It uses a TFT screen which is completely designed according to automobile standards, and features a full range of functions and complete intuitive information display. It can be connected to a cell phone app for display of vehicle status, and real time location, as well as fault diagnosis, light control, theft prevention, and alarm.
