Achieving powder surface modification by changing the cyclone vortex

Relative motion of the three rotors modifies the impact of cyclone swirls to coat the powder's surface.
Mature technology requires minimal initial investment, hence making it suitable for stearic acid coating.
Heat generated through self-friction and no additional heat source is required. As a result, the amount of auxiliary equipment and the cost for operation is kept to a minimum.
Suitable for 325 ~ 1250 mesh powder coating.
Power range: 11 kW ~ 225 kW
Maximum output: 6 t/h
