YTMKL450 Four-Station Truck Mirror Glass Edge Grinder
The YTMKL450 four-station truck mirror glass edge grinder is a multipurpose special-shaped glass edge grinder based on truck rear view mirror glass edging machine. It is mainly used for grinding and chamfering glass with large size and deep curvature like truck mirror glass. It is equipped with independent vacuum pump system.
After tuning on the electric and gas supply and adjusting the parameters (able to save and load) on the controller, the operator only needs to place the lens onto the locating area, where the lens will be sent to the grinding area automatically. The vacuum sucker will hold the lens to the sucker plate. The lens will be either directly or reverse sent to the cleaning machine after grinding.
- The truck mirror glass edge grinder has four stations and eight grinding heads, which can be changed to 3 modes under requirements:
- Chamfering and edge grinding + chamfering and edge grinding (CE＋CE mode): 2 pieces per time. It is suitable for glass edge chamfering in ordinary quality. With good efficiency.
- Chamfering\grinding edge\fine grinding edge\precise chamfer (CEEC mode): 1 piece per time. It is suitable for glass edge chamfering in high quality.
- Full chamfering (CCCC mode): with high efficiency.
1. Four stations and eight grinding heads ensure the grinder has good production efficiency.
2. The truck mirror glass edge grinder is able to grind and chamfer most size and most curvature of truck mirror glass, because of the proprietary technology.
