SF-320C/360C/380C
Corrugating machine
The SF-320C/360C/380C fingerless adsorption single facer corrugator machine is essential for producing high-quality single-face corrugated cardboard at high speeds.
This high-speed machine is designed to efficiently produce single flute corrugated cardboard, with the option to equip a tungsten carbide corrugated flute roller for enhanced durability and precision. Our single facer is capable of producing various flute types like A, B, C, E, and F. As a vital part of both single face and automatic 3/5/7-layer corrugated cardboard production lines, it stands out in the corrugated packaging industry for its efficiency, precision, and fingerless design, which ensures smoother and more stable cardboard production.
Features
- Speed options: The SF-320C runs at 150m/min, the 360C at 180m/min, and the 380C tops out at 200m/min.
- Quiet and stable: The drive reducer box uses oil immersion type lubrication for quieter, smoother operations; coupled with a gimbal transmission system.
- Easy adjustments: Pneumatic adjustment for corrugating, pressure, and glue roller.
- Stable cardboard conveying: The single facer uses vacuum suction method with a wind control system, maintaining flute profiles stability at high speeds.
- Durable bearings: High-temperature lubricating grease is used for the bearings of the corrugated and pressure rollers.
- Automatic glue supply: The gluing parts are designed for automatic circular glue supply.
- High quality rollers: The upper-lower corrugating rollers are made of 52CrMo high-quality alloy steel, heat-treated with HRC58°-60° hardness and surface grinding.
- Enhanced glue rollers: The surface of the glue rollers is specially meshed and chrome-plated for optimal performance.
- Independent gluing operation: The gluing unit can run independently or in tandem with the single facer, offering flexibility in the production line.
