Introduction
Hot-well modules (boiler feed water system) are important parts of marine boilers and tank heating piping. HJ can provide different types of modules according to the requirements of your marine boilers.
Components
Hot well, condensate inspection tank, atmospheric condenser, oil filter device, thermometer, automatic make-up valve, liquid level meter, low liquid level switch, heating coil, flanged glass viewer, piping, valve, etc.
Application
Hot-well modules are mainly applied for the recovery of condensate water (from cooling deck, oil tank and heater or elsewhere), exhaust steam when heating the fuel oil, lubricating oil, or daily water.
Characteristics
- Hot-well modules combine hot well, atmospheric condensers, connecting piping and valves into a complete multifunctional device.
- The atmospheric condenser can transform the mixture of steam and condensate water into pure condensate water when taking advantage of seawater. The hot-well module can automatically supply and heat the water.
- Installed between the condensate inspection tank and hot well, the filtration device can deprive condensate water of oil dirt and then discharge it through oil piping, ensuring appropriate water quality.
