Rotary disc filter cleaning systems are primarily used for washing slurry plugging up the mesh screen. The cleaning system most often consists of several spray nozzles assembled on a bracket, however, we can customize the mesh screen cleaning equipment for users based on the amount of water needed and the required filtration output.
The spay nozzles material is generally made of SS304 or SS316L with a strong corrosion resistance. The spray nozzles feature a durable structure and are easy to maintain and clean. They also do not easily become blocked, which extends the service life, reduces the number of times the mesh screen needs to be changed, and ensures the equipment performance stability.
Our company provides common spray nozzles and self-cleaning spray nozzles for our customers. When the spray nozzle is blocked by foreign material during the filtration process, the self-cleaning spray nozzle body will automatically have a pressure increase, which increases the spray nozzle’s diameter. After the foreign material is removed, the spray nozzle diameter will automatically return to its normal state.
