Wet Gypsum Board Cutting Machine
The cutting machine is installed after the roller bed to cut the continuous gypsum board into fixed lengths. It is available with counting function.
The cut to length machine integrates a top and a bottom knife shaft which are independently driven by servo motors. The height of top knife shaft is manually adjusted via a screw jack.
The plasterboard length is measured by an encoder which connects directly with the measuring wheel. The wet gypsum board cutting machine is designed with a human machine interface, through which the users can preset the cutting length or realize cutting of 1m long samples. The cutting precision is up to ±2mm.
The drywall cutter is standardly designed with SEW servo motor and speed reducer with low backlash. The configuration ensures high cutting precision as well as convenient counting and sample cutting. The gypsum board cutting machine supports on-line cutting length adjustment, delivering high working efficiency.
