The 4-head CNC 3D glass grinding edge chamfering machine is a newly developed machine, with independent intellectual property rights. It is primarily used for 3D finish grinding, and is suitable for processing rear view mirrors without frames. It consists of 4 processing stations and an independent vacuum sucker and compression device. Each station can independently process different glass sizes. According to manual or automatic adjustment of the grinding wheel heads in order to prevent different rates of wear, the size of the glass on each station should be exactly the same.
