The automatic sterilization cycle system is suitable for 50 ml, 100 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml, 1000 ml IV solution bottles and soft bags. It consists of chain conveyor, roller conveyor, automatic bottle loading machine, automatic bag unloading machine, and more.

Chain Conveyor
The device is mainly used for conveying the sterilizing cart. It uses motor to drive the chain. The cart is put on two rows of stainless steel chains, and there are protective railings on both sides. Detector switch is provided to detect the starting and stopping of the sterilizing cart.

Roller Conveyor
The roller conveyor of the automatic sterilization cycle system is used to convey relatively heavy sterilizing cart. The rollers are driven by the motor. The sterilizing cart is placed on rollers, and the roller rotation makes the cart move. There is a detector switch to detect the starting and stopping of the sterilizing cart.

Rotated Reversing Machine
It is mainly used for changing the conveying direction of the sterilizing cart. By using the motor to drive the rotating gear, the device can make the conveying direction change by 90 degrees or 180 degrees.

Lift Type Reversing Machine
The reversing machine is mainly used to change the conveying direction of the sterilizing cart. It is composed of a chain conveyor and a liftable roller conveyor, which are in two directions, at a right angle to each other. The sterilizing cart is firstly conveyed by the chain conveyor. After the cart is conveyed to the right place, the chain conveyor stops, and the lifting device moves upward and conveys the sterilizing cart from the chain conveyor, and then start the roller conveyor to send the cart out. The coming out direction of the cart can be changed by controlling the positive rotation and negative rotation of the motor of the roller conveyor.

Automatic Bottle Loading Machine
The bottle loading machine of the sterilization cycle system can automatically put the glass bottles after capping into the sterilizing cart. With a high level of automation, it achieves high loading efficiency and reduces the labor intensity.

Automatic Bottle Unloading Machine
The device is used to automatically unload the sterilized glass bottles from the sterilizing cart onto the bottle feeding table, and then the bottles are conveyed to the lamp checking machine. The bottle unloading equipment is efficient and labor saving.

Automatic Sterilizing Tray Removing (Piling) Machine
It is mainly used to remove sterilizing trays from the soft bag sterilizing system and pile them up.

Automatic Bag Loading Machine
It is used for automatically loading soft bags into trays before sterilizing. By the way of throwing bags into the trays, the bag loading equipment provides high efficiency and is less labor intensive.

Automatic Bag Unloading Machine
The machine is designed for automatically unloading sterilized soft bags from trays onto a wide conveying belt. Featuring a high degree of automation, the bag unloading equipment offers high efficiency and helps reduce labor intensity significantly.
