Disc Pelletizer/Pan Granulator
A disc pelletizer, also known as a pan granulator, is an essential part of compound fertilizer production. It precisely processes powdered or paste-like materials into uniform, spherical granules.
- Uniform and spherical granules
It produces uniform, round particles. The size can be precisely controlled by adjusting the disc's rotational speed, material feed rate, and spray volume.
- High pelleting efficiency
The disc pelletizer adapts to a wide variety of materials, providing excellent granulation results for both sticky and loose materials.
- Simple and stable design
Its relatively simple structure is easy to operate and maintain, ensuring high operational stability. The compact footprint makes it a great choice for spaces with limited room.
In compound fertilizer production, the disc pelletizer uniformly mixes and granulates raw materials like nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, improving the fertilizer's effectiveness.
