Emergency Exit Door
When a fire occurs, emergency exits guide people for a safe evacuation. In order to ensure evacuee safety, these doors must have an outstanding fire resistance and insulation performance in order to effectively prevent the spread of fire and smoke.
Pangu has been dedicated to the design and manufacturing of fire rated doors for more than 20 years, and offers a variety of fire rated solid wood doors, fire rated steel commercial doors with outstanding fire resistance. Pangu’s fire rated doors have passed 3rd party tests, with a maximum fire resistance period of up to 90 minutes.
In addition, emergency exits are mainly used in buildings with high foot traffic, such as commercial squares, office buildings and hospitals. Because of that, we use double leaf fire rated doors with a wide width for locations that are also equipped with floor mounted door closers to ensure that an escape route remains free and clear. We also install glass windows on the doors (not exceeding 15% of the entire door), thus making it easier for firefighters to observe the fire and do their jobs.
