Foil stand up pouchs are a soft packaging bag with a bottom support structure to allow the bag to stand freely with no other support without regard as to if the bag is open or closed. Huafeng has been in the packaging industry for over 10 years, and offers customization services to manufacture stand up bags to meet a variety of customer needs.

Stand up bags are a relatively new form of packaging design, enhancing the visual aesthetic of the package, while upgrading the preservation and sealing capability compared to other packaging solutions. These flexible packaging bags are made of a laminated PET/foil/PET/PE layer structure, and another two or three materials can be added into each layer. An oxygen barrier or wax layer can be added to lower the oxygen permeability, and extend the shelf life.

Application of stand-up pouch
Stand up bags are commonly used for juice, pudding and seasoning packaging. It is not only used for food packaging, but is also used to package detergent, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical materials as well.

Classification of stand-up bag

Standard stand-up bag
Standard stand- bags use a quad sealing method. They are non-reusable, and are commonly used for industrial applications.
Zip lock stand up bag
Zip lock stand up bags are reusable. We offer two types based on the sealing method: a quad seal and three side seal. Quad size zip locks feature an additional seal outside the zip lock at the end of production in order to prevent the zip lock from breaking during transportation. Three sided seal bags do not have this extra seal, and are commonly used to package light and small items such as candy, cookies, pudding, or other products.
Customize stand up bag
The shape of stand-up bag can be customized according to the shape of its contents, such as a slim waist design, hand held design, or distorted bottom and many more.
