The DBGFQ-370B label slitter rewinder with inspection is an upgraded version of the DBGFQ-370 model. This slitter rewinder features an inspection station and a variable data printing detection system that can be installed on the rewinding platform for offline and inline full-width inspection of rotating labels.
Using an industrial high-frame-rate color camera, the inspection station scans labels to detect printing defects and issues alerts for variable data defects such as printing flaws, errors, repetitions, missing parts, and bad codes.
This slitter rewinder has an automated knives adjustment system, avoiding cutting errors caused by manual adjustments and ensuring high precision and efficiency in label production.
