Effect after stranding

The production line is used to manufacture SZ stranding line. This stranding line design is used for layer stranding of the fiber-optic with high precision tension control. The parameters of the components are set and controlled by the operator via HMI touchscreen. The path of the materials is guided accurately. Each of the position is equipped with pneumatic pre-loaded dancer arm that has minimum friction to maintain the pre-set tension during this process.
