HLDF series stainless steel IBC bin is used in conjunction with DHZ series automatic bin blender for mixing of bulk material solids, as well as storage and transportation of material blends.

Features

All parts in contact with materials are constructed from 316L stainless steel, both inner and outer surfaces come with rounded corners, eliminating dead areas;
IBC tank cover has silicone gasket to guarantee a tight seal, efficiently preventing cross contamination and dust pollution;
Custom butterfly valve with anti-misoperation mechanism;
Polyurethane casters helps ensure stability while protecting flooring from being damaged and scuffed;
Inner surface is treated with mirror-finish polishing (Ra≤0.2μm), and outer surface is subjected to matte finish treatment (Ra≤0.4μm);
