- Bottom sheets are fed using a suction-type automatic feeding system that synchronizes with the manual feeding speed of the top sheets, reducing alignment errors.
- Newly designed front-lay positioning ensures high accuracy, preventing bottom sheets from advancing prematurely. The top sheet overfeed can be flexibly adjusted to suit different processing requirements.
- Equipped with a touchscreen and PLC control system, providing stable electrical operation and automatic fault alerts for quick troubleshooting, making it easy for new operators to handle.
- Roller pressure supports one-sided adjustment. When changing bottom sheet specifications, only one side needs to be set to the required scale, eliminating the need for trial adjustments on each roller and saving setup time.
- Fully automatic glue replenishment compensates for glue loss during lamination, combined with glue circulation and recovery to avoid waste. The metering roller speed is carefully designed to ensure even glue application and prevent splashing at high speed.
- Roller cleaning system thoroughly cleans the bottom roller, preventing glue from sticking to the corrugated board backside and reducing the need for frequent doctor blade changes. An independent water tank controls water circulation, making cleaning easier and more convenient.
- Floating and movable pressing bed prevents the corrugated board from being flattened after lamination, ensuring board strength, while maintaining a smooth, flat surface for high-quality finished products.
