Features

The ceramic anilox roll is mounted in this ZBS-320 flexo printing machine for ink transferring.
This machine is also designed with unwinding and rewinding devices controlled by magnetic powder brakes and clutches, and the Mitsubishi auto tension controller.
Its printing unit is mounted with hot air dryer and printing plate that can be adjusted within 360°.
With one die-cutting station, this flexo printing machine can accomplish the material feeding, printing, vanishing, drying, laminating, die cutting and rewinding at one stroke.
It uses the ink rollers that can be automatically separated from the printing roller and keep rotating at low speed to prevent the ink from drying.
Due to the main motor with imported continuously variable frequency speed governor, this flexo printing machine keeps stable performance effectively. Moreover, it is suitable for printing trade invoice, top grade adhesive label and other products.
