H.Stars offer a special product ideal for central heating in the northern region - the low temperature air source single machine double-stage heat pump. Its potential uses vary from residential areas to large commercial buildings with a square meter space of between 2000 and 10000 meters. Low ambient temperature is no barrier for this product; it can even maintain an output of up to 60 ℃ when temperatures plummet to -35 ℃ and and up to 70 ℃ when the ambient temperatures drop to -25 ℃. It is specifically suited for heating replacement requirement of old city areas. This special heat pump with screw compressor is an ideal solution to all the smog control and boiler replacement needs.

This advanced modular system offers flexible arrangement options and can be used as one unit or combined with other modules, making it suitable for varying load requirements. It functions effectively in a -25~-35 ℃ environment and provides hot water at 50 ℃, meeting all heating and cooling needs between 35-50 ℃.

Features
  • Designed for frigid climates

    The two-stage machine excels in operating stably at temperatures as low as -35°C. It achieves the national standard for energy efficiency during the heating season on average. Boilers can be heated to a temperature of up to 85°C, offering the perfect solution for a variety of needs from boiler radiator systems to special projects.

  • Screw type stand-alone two-stage compressor

    In harsh winter weather, two-stage compressor paired with strong heat technology makes heating much more efficient, with an overall COP of 2.8 and notable energy savings. From -35 °C to 43 °C, the heating performance remains uncompromised.

  • Multiple 4-way valve combination

    The novel design of this unit allows for uninterrupted operation even during defrosting, significantly boosting efficiency in real-time.

  • Environmentally friendly refrigerants

    HFC-134a refrigerant can be used safely and effectively, with no harm to the ozone layer, ensuring it meets the exacting requirements of LEED green building standards.

Notes:

  • 1. Rated capacity standard: air dry / wet bulb temperature -12℃ /-14℃, hot water inlet/outlet temperature 60℃ /65℃, fouling factor 0.088 ㎡•℃ /kW;
  • 2. Hot water temperature range: 55℃ ~85℃;
  • 3. Ambient temperature range: -30℃ ~30℃
Optional
  • Variable frequency heat pump unit

    The variable frequency heat pump unit is a modern unit which incorporates both a frequency converter and existing unit operations in order to achieve frequency conversion compressor. With this upgrade, its energy efficiency is drastically improved at partial loads, making it a truly transformative double efficient unit capable of reaching full load efficiency (COP) as well as a intergrated part-load value (IPLV).

  • Heat exchanger tube

  • Cloud services

  • Electric auxiliary heater

    In cold climates where the outdoor heat rating is significantly low, the heating capacity and efficiency of the heat pump can be substantially diminished. To counter this, an auxiliary heat source is advised, making the electric heater the ideal choice.
