Climate chamber used for testing the adaptability of products in extreme weather conditions

High-low temperature chambers are designed to provide rapid transitions between HOT and COLD temperature zones. High-low temperature chambers are ideal for a vertical or horizontal application, and also suitable for submerging your product in a liquid. They are widely used in all industries to help find product defects in electronic components and product assemblies such as automotive, electronics, aerospace and more.

Standards
High-low temperature & humidity chamber follows standards: GB/T10589, GB/T11158, GB/T2423.1, GB/T2423.2.

Applications

High-low temperature & humidity chamber is applicable to the fields of electrical engineering, electronic products, components and materials, etc.

  • For example, it can simulate different temperature environments such as high temperature, low temperature, temperature changes, etc., by testing in different temperature environments to evaluate the reliability and durability of electronic components, mobile phones, computers, and other products.
  • Moreover, it also has significant application value in the printed circuit board industry for testing, quality control, and research and development, thus promoting the improvement and progress of printed circuit boards.
  • In the optical communication industry, relevant temperature environmental tests are also needed because optical communication equipment such as optical fibers, optical modules, optical routers, and optical switches need to operate in different temperature environments.
Construction
  • Chamber structure: Adopting a modular assembly structure (cooling, heating systems, and electrical chambers are integrated).
  • Internal chamber wall material: SUS304 stainless steel plate is used, with the outer surface formed by color steel plate and treated with electrostatic spray coating. The bottom of the chamber is made of galvanized tread steel plate.
  • The test chamber door is equipped with a glass observation window, and the sealing of the door frame uses special high and low-temperature resistant silicone rubber sealing strips. Heating wires are installed on the door frame to prevent condensation at low temperatures.
  • Observation windows and lighting devices: a moisture-proof and temperature-insulated observation window is installed, with lighting fixtures inside the chamber.
  • Refrigeration system and compressor: To ensure the requirements for cooling rate and minimum temperature of the test chamber, the refrigeration system of this test chamber adopts an ozone-friendly refrigeration system composed of German Bitzer compressors.
  • Refrigeration accessories: Expansion valves, solenoid valves, stop valves, filters, pressure controllers, oil pressure controllers, shock-absorbing hoses, etc., use imported high-quality products. The refrigerant storage tank uses a special high-pressure-resistant storage tank to ensure high safety.
  • Air conditioning system: Forced circulation ventilation, balanced temperature control method (BTHC). This method controls the output of the heater based on the temperature setpoint through PID automatic calculation results when the refrigeration system is continuously operating, ultimately achieving a dynamic balance.
