This fully automatic aluminum duct production line consists of a heating oven, main forming machine, steel-wire decoiler, automatic length-cutting device, and compressing/packing machine. It is specially designed for producing aluminum flexible ducts for ventilation systems, using aluminum foil or metallized PET film reinforced with steel wire. The entire production line operates fully automatically, requiring only one operator.
