Product Description
LIM2012-XXA/B is a two-part, platinum curable, liquid silicone rubber for injection molding processes. This silicone rubber is particular developed for the manufacturing of medical device components, which has been tested against USP Class VI and/or ISO10993 biocompatibility standards. The mixing ratio of the two components should be 1:1. Our liquid silicone rubber for medical purpose features high transparency, good elastic resilience, high tear resistance, anti-yellowing property, thermal aging resistance, etc. It can operate under extreme temperatures from -60℃ to 250℃, while still maintaining all useful properties.

This medical grade liquid silicone rubber is suitable for making medical device components used inside or outside of human body, such as nasogastric tube, Catheter tube, laryngeal mask and etc.

Storage
Keep sealed and store under cool, dark conditions. Our liquid silicone rubber has a shelf life of 12 months at a maximum storing temperature of 30℃.

Usage
The safe operating period of the AB mixture is five days under 20℃. Increasing the storing temperature will cause the operating period to decrease.

Packing
This product is packed in 20kg or 200kg barrels.
