The rejects separator is designed to removerejects and recover fiber from the impurity. With low energy consumption, lowoperating cost, good screening and cleaning effects, it is widely used in wastepaper recycling and paper making industries.
Structural Features
The stock enters the rejects separator under normal pressure. By thecentrifugal force of the rotating rotor, accepted stock is separated fromrejects when passing the screen plate. In the meantime, under the function ofrotor’s rotation force, rejects are being rotation disintegrated and continuously washed bywater, contributing to fiber recovery.
