Application:
The PLFXMS stainless steel destoner & washer is a ubiquitous cleaning equipment used in flour processing plant. Its primary functions are cleaning the dust and pesticide residue on the surface of wheat, removing impurities in the wheat by the principle of specific gravity, ensure the wheat is clean before be processed, reduces ash and sand in the flour, and improves the purity of the flour.

Features:
1. The machine adopts the bottom-suction feeding structure, it uses a dry tower to produce negative pressure, combine with the functioning of injective feeding system, the wheat can enter the dry tower quickly through the tube of the base, thereby saving energy and increasing productivity by 20% than traditional wheat washing machine.
2. By using the high-pressure spray technology and automatic control device, the water adding quantity of wheat is reduced which is beneficial for controlling the moisture quantity of wheat as well as reducing the ash in flour, reaching the requirement of pulverizing technology, and saving water by more than 50%.
3. Using the quadric water adding system to flexibly control the moisture of wheat to be grinded and improve the quality of cleaning process.
4. Using a sealed backwater-tank device and automatic water-sprinkling system to remove large amount of bubbles and stains produced by sewage, improving the hygienic environment of the workshop.
