Aramid 1414 high temperature thread is made of PPTA and features an excellent heat resistance. The glass transition temperature is above 300 ℃ and the thermal decomposition temperature is 560℃, ensuring the retaining of an 84% strength rate after 48 hours exposed to 180 ℃. In addition, it also features a high tensile strength, high elastic modulus, high insulation, and high chemical resistance.
This product is also slashing and piercing resistant. It has been developed with unique techniques to meet strict industrial requirements, giving this thread a wide application range in labor protection, army, sports, projects, and more.
