SPS1000 hydrogeological drilling and water well drilling rig is a kink of mechanical drive type rotary rig. With drilling depth of 1000~1300 meters, it's mainly suitable for the exploitation of deep groundwater and the exploration of shallow geothermal energy, shallow oil, natural gas and salt well.

Features

SPS1000 drilling rig has large drilling capacity. The single rope hoisting capacity of winch is 80 kN. The drilling depth can reach 1300m using Φ89 drill rod and 1000m using Φ127 drill rod.
SPS1000 rig has wide applications. Its through-hole diameter of 435mm can meet the need of water well drilling. Besides, due to the large lifting capacity, it can satisfy the construction requirements of geothermal energy and other resource boreholes.
SPS1000 rig can adapt to the requirements of various construction technologies. The low output rotation speed of rotary table is 48 r/min, and the high speed is 190 r/min.
In order to unscrew the rig, mechanical cathead can be used combined with tongs, or rotary table can be used.
Power can be selected can equipped flexibly. Users can choose Y315S-4 electric motor (110 kW) or 6135AN-1 diesel engine (150 HP).
SPS1000 rig has reasonable layout and compact structure and it's well-equipped.
