Pall Ring (MP-200)
Nominal sizes (mm): 16, 25, 38, 50, 76, 90
The pall ring features a universal performance packing in nearly all fields of application. It is a traditional ring packing with a large global installed base and well documented performance history.
Cascade Mini Ring (MP-300)
Nominal Sizes (mm): 0P, 1P, 1.5P, 2.5P, 3P, 4P
The MP-300 cascade mini ring is a new hole type packing. The low aspect ratio of 1:3 favors a packing orientation that results in a higher capacity, lower pressure drop , and better corrosion resistance. The surface area is 10-20% larger than that of a pall ring, with a pressure drop reduced by 30-40%. The separating efficiency occurs in varying degrees, based on the specific process improvement.
Metal Saddle (MP-400)
Nominal Sizes: 15#, 25#, 40#, 50#, 60#, 70#
The MP-400 metal saddle offers the best of both worlds in terms of performance, with its low pressure drop and high efficiency, offering a 30% lower pressure drop than pall rings. The geometric design minimizes liquid hold up.
