QS2 Series Low Voltage Servo Drive
QS2 series low voltage servo drive is designed by ADTECH for the low voltage, low cost occasion. Based on years of experience in the field of general servo, we build a variety of algorithms in this small size drive. The parameters can be flexibly adjusted. Together with low-voltage servo motor, it is widely used in the 100W ~ 400W low-power applications.
Features
1) Smooth Command
With effective smoothing filtering of input pulse, the motor speed and acceleration speed is continuous and smooth. The service life of the machine is also effectively extended.
2) Damping Control
With the feedforward damping control, the vibration of the mechanical front end and the frame can be suppressed by a simple adjustment. At the same time, it is possible to set and select four frequencies for controlling the vibration.
3) High Speed Positioning
The speed response bandwidth is 500KHz. The acceleration time from 1 to 3000rpm without load is 15ms. It has good low-speed performance, at 10rpm, the speed error is less than 0.1% after setting.
4) Command Tracking and Suppression
With the new position algorithm, it can effectively restrain the position deviation, when the position command changes, and basically realize the zero position deviation.
5) Setting Time Significantly Shortened
With new algorithm, the positioning time can be greatly shortened.
6) Control Mode Switch
Position control, speed control, torque control are integrated together, and can be switched in motion.
