The SL series heavy duty linear vibrating screen features a large vibrating force（High Vibrating Force）to ensure that materials form a layer on the screen surface quickly and adequately come into contact with the screen cut. This design significantly reduces the risk of a screen surface jam, allowing the equipment to screen particles in a variety of different sizes, as well as carry out dewatering and slime removal. The equipment size is designed to match industrial standards, with a maximum width of 3.6m, and a maximum length of 7.5m.
Each non-working face of this equipment goes through sand blasting and epoxy resin painting to ensure an outstanding corrosion resistance.
