Multi-reel unwinder for shrink sleeve labeling machine
UWI-840 multi-reel unwinder is designed to be used in conjunction with the shrink sleeve labeling machine and an air shaft cart. The height is based on the standard layflat width of eight label rolls, and the quantity of label rolls depends on the width of the label being laid flat. This multi-reel label unwinder will continue to operate until the label material is completely depleted, reducing the frequency of label roll changes, increasing productivity, and addressing the issue of frequent material shortages in high-speed labeling machines.

- Uses multiple label rolls in one go to prevent costly production downtimes.
- Easy replacement of materials by changing the label cart.
- Suitable for label rolls with paper core inner diameters of 5" to 10" and an outer diameter of 520mm.
- Film material can be pre-spliced, and when the film is used up, only the film cart needs to be replaced.
- Production can continue for a longer period until the labels are completely used up.
- Extended roll change time, which can be extended up to 8 rolls before changing the packaging material. For example, if one roll finishes in 30 minutes, it can now be extended to eight times longer before replacement.
- Neck Tamper Evident Banding Suitable for sealing the mouths of various bottles and cans to prevent opening and contamination before sale, ensuring the original packaging and product quality.
- Full Body Over-The-Cap Sleeve Labeling Covers the entire bottle from the mouth, body to the bottom, commonly used for sauces, condiments, and other products.
- Full Body Shrink Sleeve Labeling The label covers from the lower edge of the bottle mouth to the bottom of the bottle. It is commonly used for juice, coffee, and other products.
- Partial Body Shrink Sleeve Labeling The label is positioned in the center of the bottle body, a common packaging type used for various bottled and canned products.
