The hybrid bond wheel is used to groove carbide tools. It is made from resin and alloys with a resin-metal binder and diamond abrasive, ensuring the outstanding abrasive performance and sharpness. When grooving, it features a low grinding friction and low grinding temperature, ensuring workpieces will not crack, burn, or deform. The low wear rate extends the maintenance cycle and the service life.
