- The yarn quantity is automatically verified based on the processing requirements, easy and fast, which is of scientific and effective control of yarn stock.
- For each area of the carpet pattern, it allows for flexible choice of various working path and tufting methods. The machine-tufted carpets feature smooth and even surface and edge. Besides, the tufting path and sequence of each area can be optimized to produce high quality tufted carpets and rugs.
- The pattern processing function supports the using of more than 100 colors at a time. Pattern import and export are also compatible. Allowing file formats include DXF, DWF, BMP, TIF, SVG, GIF, PCX, PLT, etc. This function makes the machine flexible and convenient to use for a wide application.
- Straight and curve patterns processing can choose different speed for tufting.
- Restarting production after downtime is seamless.
