KTC-1020WZ 10 axis camless CNC spring forming machine which is upgraded based on our traditional 3 axis cam type spring former. With wire size range of ⌀0.2-2.0mm, the spring manufacturing machine is suitable for the production of a variety of precision compression springs, tension springs, torsion springs, scroll flat-section springs, tower springs, flat springs, shaped springs and wire forms, etc.
These springs are widely used in many industries including electronics, toys, office consumables, medical equipment, fixture, automotive, defense and aerospace. Comparing with the traditional cam type spring machine, the camless spring forming machine features easier operation, and its adjustment speed is increased by more than 50%, which greatly improves the working efficiency.
