  • The Siemens control system setup enables intuitive HMI and allows for convenient operation and problem solving with a simple touch on the screen.
  • This tube filling and sealing machine is designed with a blower, offering efficient cleansing of each tube. This helps to ensure dust and microorganisms are kept out of the pipe, keeping the product clean and hygienic. Additionally, a counting feature is included, so that production can be accurately tracked.
  • During feeding, the configuration of the filling machine is designed to cut off the material that help to stop the material from sticking to the seal. This results in a reliable, high quality seal.
  • This tube filling and sealing system features the high-end Swiss Leister hot air heater for the interior, and is supplemented with the German Festo air pressure regulator, air pressure sensing unit, precise air temperature regulator, and the Japanese Omron temperature control system for heating the pipe exterior to ensure a tight seal.
  • The seal is secured with three procedures. Preheat, heat sealing, cool sealing with coating function, make sure the sealing is smooth and tight.
