Heat sealer for airtight sealing of products
The automatic heat sealing machine primarily consists of a film supply device, film collection device, heat sealing head, conveyor, bottle blocking device, and electrical/pneumatic control components. Its operating principle is based on the heat composite method. The sealing film is directed from the film supply device through the sealing film guide shaft, then through the positioning wheel, and finally to the film collection device. The entire process is driven by a reduction motor and pulleys, with electrical control enabling automatic film supply and collection.
