Features
1. In this automatic tablet bag forming filling sealing machine, the drive system possesses a compact structure, reliable performance and convenient maintenance. The part directly contacting with materials is made from SUS304 stainless steel, in order to guarantee high hygiene. A micro-computer LCD is installed for intelligent control. The malfunction alarm system and electric control cabinet both contribute to 24-hour continuous running of the automatic tablet packaging machine.
2. The packaging equipment provides variable-frequency speed adjustment and passes CE certificate. It automatically completes bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting and counting by itself.
3. The temperature is controlled by an intelligent solid-state double-loop PID controller for suiting various types of packaging materials. A protection device is also equipped to ensure packaging material and product will not be burned.
4. With the use of a stepping motor, the automatic tablet packaging machine is capable to pack materials at a customized length or flexible length. There is no need to adjust the parameter, saving time and film. Plus, the tablet bag forming filling sealing machine will automatically give an alarm while film shortage.
5. Applicable materials: PET/PE, Paper/PE, PET/AL/PE and OPP/PE.
