Injection Mold for Power tool
Our power tools are made using two-colors dies, and a mold cavity positioned using a locking block that is screwed onto the mold.
If any malfunctions do occur, the mold does not need to be taken apart for maintenance, as repair can be done while the mold is still installed on the injection machine for an increase in production efficiency.
We use beryllium copper for high temperature areas, and a single cooling channel is used for rapid cooling to avoid any deformation.
The precision tolerance is controlled within 0.02mm.
