560RSS Digital Twin Rockwell Hardness Tester
Hardness Testing Machine
This hardness tester is equipped with a high-definition color touchscreen that enables easy viewing and setting of the test scale, test force, indenter type, dwell time, and hardness conversion values. Using a weight-loading mechanism, the tester can switch between Rockwell and superficial Rockwell scales. Simply preload manually until the device beeps, then it will automatically load, dwell, unload, and display the hardness value, making operation straightforward and intuitive.
- The main body, made from cast iron, achieves 99% rigidity and minimizes deformation. Its housing undergoes a natural aging process for over six months, ensuring stable physical properties
- The lifting screw rod, heat-treated to a hardness of 35-40HRC, offers structural stability and wear resistance
- Weights and levers are manufactured using classic techniques for high precision, allowing fine adjustments through the mechanical structure
- Capable of using all Rockwell and superficial Rockwell scales, it prompts the selection of the appropriate indenter and test force, adjustable with the load wheel
- Supports real-time conversion between various hardness scales, allowing immediate selection and switching
- Users can set upper and lower limits with alerts for out-of-tolerance results, and it includes arc correction compensation for enhanced accuracy
- Automatically saves hardness testing results, calculating maximum, minimum, average values, standard deviation, and repeatability. Features multiple folder selection with options to delete and print outputs
- Provides fast printing with a built-in thermal printer and includes an RS232 interface for computer connectivity and data export
This tester is suitable for measuring the hardness of quenched, tempered, annealed, and chilled castings, as well as malleable castings, hard alloy steel, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, and bearing steel. It is also ideal for surface-hardened steel, heat-treated and chemically treated layers on materials, thin plates, and various coated materials like galvanized, chrome-plated, and tin-plated surfaces.
