- High-Quality Door Panel Material Our doors feature a double-layer hot galvanized embossed steel sheet with uniform columnar stripes, and a polyurethane core for superior thermal insulation. The surface is treated with polyester, and comes in white, almond, and brown colors. Custom colors are also available upon request.
- Wide Range of Door Sizes We offer a wide range of door sizes, from 2440mm to 12000mm in width and 2130mm to 15000mm in height, ensuring that we have a solution to fit your specific needs.
- Thick Door Our doors feature a 40mm thickness with a thermal resistance coefficient of R=14.96, 18.25, providing excellent insulation to help maintain the temperature of your cold storage.
- Multiple Rail Control Options We offer a variety of rail control options, including 2-inch and 3-inch rails made from 1.5-3.0mm thick hot galvanized steel. Our rail options include standard rail, low rail, high lift rail, vertical lift rail, and inclined shed lift rail.
- External Torsion Spring Balance System Our doors come with an external torsion spring balance system, with a working life of 100,000 working cycles, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Superior Sealing Performance Our doors feature U-shaped vinyl sealing strips at the bottom to prevent freezing, moisture, and water infiltration. Grooved sealing strips on the side and top and convex grooves and thermal insulation pipes or strips at the joints between door panels ensure superior sealing performance.
- Excellent Safety Features Our doors come with optional airbags that will automatically rebound when the door is closed, anti-wire rope breakage equipment that can lock the door body in the event of an accident during operation, and infrared safety protection that can be installed for added safety.
- Small Door and Observation Window Options When the width of the door body is less than 5500mm, various sizes of access doors and observation windows can be selected according to your specific needs.
- Wind Resistant Our doors are designed to withstand tough weather conditions with wind resistance up to 110Km/h, equivalent to wind power level 11.
- Flame Retardant Additionally, our doors meet the national A-level standard for flame retardancy, providing added protection in the event of a fire.
- High-Quality Motor Our doors are powered by an imported DC industrial motor, featuring temperature-sensitive circuit breaker motor protection and overload protection, ensuring reliable performance for years to come.
- Manual and Wireless Remote Control Options For added convenience, our doors can be operated manually using the control chain and mechanical and electrical clutch, even in the event of a power outage. Alternatively, our fast and convenient wireless remote control function makes operating the door a breeze.
