Fluidized Bed Freezer
Individual Quick Freezing System
- Freezing Capacity 600-2500 kg/h
- Belt Width 1.2m, 1.5m
The fluidized bed freezer employs a rapid freezing method by creating a "fluidized" state for granular, sliced, or diced food products placed on a mesh screen. A strong upward cold airflow causes the food particles to move freely, ensuring they are evenly and quickly frozen. This process allows efficient heat and mass transfer within the food layer, achieving individual quick freezing (IQF) for high-quality results.
The fluidized bed freezer is ideal for freezing granular, sliced, and diced foods such as beans, corn kernels, bell peppers, strawberries, pumpkins, spinach, potatoes, asparagus, carrots, yams, and mushrooms. It is also effective for quick freezing cooked shrimp and other similar products.
